The work that keeps your business moving.

Most founders reach a point where the business is growing, opportunities are coming in, and they're more stretched than ever. That's usually where I come in.

I work with you as your right-hand woman, doing the things you don't have time for, don't want to deal with, or simply shouldn't be doing yourself. When you have too many ideas and don’t know what to do next, or just need someone to think alongside you and actually get things done, I’m the person you call.

Strategic Operations

Some founders have the vision completely mapped out in their head but no structure around it. Others know what they want to build but can't see why it keeps breaking down. I come in, look at how the business actually works rather than how it's supposed to work, and build the systems and processes around that.

Thinking Partner & Execution

Sometimes you don't need someone to handle a task, you need someone to sit with you and actually think. I'm the person you can talk at when you have too many ideas and no idea which one to follow. I ask the questions you haven't thought to ask yet, help you work through it when you're too close to see it, and then I actually do the work. Contracts, proposals, events, communications. I take ownership and I don't wait to be told.

Comms & Client Support

When I'm representing your business externally, nobody should be able to tell I'm not part of the team. Clients, suppliers, event guests, communicated with the right tone every time, in your voice. I write your emails, manage your comms, and the people in your world get a consistent and professional experience while you stay focused on the work only you can do.

There are a few ways to work with me. Monthly retainers for ongoing operational support, from a few hours a week through to fully embedded. Fixed-fee project work for specific one-off needs. And standalone strategy sessions when you just need someone to think alongside you for a few hours.

Everything starts with a discovery call. No commitment, no pressure, just an honest conversation about where you are and whether I'm the right fit.

What this is not

  • Basic admin for anyone who asks

  • Cheap, task-based support charged by the minute

  • Someone you need to micromanage or follow up with

  • A generalist who will take any work from any client

  • An agency with a team behind me. This is me, personally.

What this is

  • A Fractional Ops Manager or Chief of Staff without needing to hire someone full-time

  • An extension of your business. I think like an owner, not a contractor.

  • A doer with a strategic brain. Most people are one or the other.

  • Someone who genuinely cares about your business moving forward.

  • A safe pair of hands. You hand it over. It gets done.
