I think like a business owner because I’ve been one. I’ve built teams, scaled companies, renovated properties, worked in recruitment, managed complex diaries for senior stakeholders, and juggled demanding clients. I’ve used the services of every industry I now support, from physios to tradesmen, from property professionals to online fitness coaches. I know how frustrating it is when someone doesn't get back to you, drops the ball, or someone needs micro-managing. That’s not me. I use initiative, I anticipate needs, and I take ownership. I don’t wait to be told, I just get it done.

Retainer packages

Retainer packages gives you a pre-paid fixed amount of hours per month. This allows you to budget monthly without any surprise costs.

Choose from 10 to 40 hours per month. Perfect if you need regular help behind the scenes. I become your right-hand woman, ready to jump in each week and keep things moving.

Ideal for: content planning, inbox & calendar management, client onboarding, admin, and ongoing ops support.

Project-based

Have a specific project in mind? I’ll build a tailored package with a fixed cost and estimated timeline, so you know exactly what’s included.

In the last 4 years, I have worked with my own online fitness coach so I know what that journey is like as an end user, from sending that first DM, to scheduling the initial chat, the nerves, the anxiety, all of it!
